Suggest Remedy For Excema

Hi I am looking for Phenergan as a topical cream or ointment. Is it still made. My husband has a rash which is very hot and pimply. Only comes at hayfever time, but has been diagnosed as excema. He gets some relief from ice packs and Novasone ointment, but needs as antihistamine cream. Can you help please.
