Suggest Remedy For Excessive Eye Blinking With Difficulty In Keeping Eyes Open

I have a 37 year old daughter who has been having problems with excessive blinking which has now blossomed into the inability to keep her eyes open. She has seen an opthometric neurologist who suggested botox in the eye lids. She has done this 2 times and it has not helped. Please HELP !!!! YYYY@YYYY
