Suggest Remedy For Excessive Facial Hair

Hello, I have extremely soft hair on my face and, chin. Its not hormonal. Now I want to do laser but I am scared if the laser will induce more hair. I want to use hair removal cream on my sideburn and chin. Is it safe to use and, will it cause the hair to grow back thick ?
