Suggest Remedy For Excessive Growth Of Foreskin

hi i when erect my penis is 5inch's and when not its 2.5inch's i cant say my age cause i dont know if there is age restrictions but im under 16 when its not erect i feel i have to much foreskin it looks normal to me and feels normal (i think) but i just dont know if i have to much can you please help me
