Suggest Remedy For Excessive Hot Feeling In A Child

My four year old daughter has complained about being hot since she was about 2 1/2. The complaints happen almost nightly, and often when she is in her car seat. She says, I hate the sun. I ve asked her where she feels hot and she s said legs, feet, and hands. She asks me to blow air on her before she falls asleep or put a cold rag on her, but the temperature in the room is nothing close to hot. There has been times when she cries and screams and the discomfort is certainly visible. I know everyone s internal temperature is different, but could this be something more?
