Suggest Remedy For Extended Nose Bone Causing Constant Sneezing And Cold

Hi doctor, my friend is 20 years old. He have got a nose bone extended.he is getting this problems like sneezing, very frequent cold especially after sleeping and after having a bath and sneezing even after he touches his nose from more than 5 years. He have got a problem of tonsils too. And another problems like breathing problems during sleeping and talking. Is surgery is necessary? If yes than how it will take place? Or is there is any another treatment? Is surgery can cure permanently or it will return with a time? Please reply. Thank you.
