Suggest Remedy For Eye Twitching Post Eye Test Procedure

Hey umm I went to my optometrist and they did this test where they puff air into your eye and they did this twice on my right eye and ever since then I ve had a eye twitch in my lower lid that comes in ever 2-5 mins it s been continual for almost a week and if I sit under the air con or heater and it blows in my eye the twitch gets more frequent?
