Suggest Remedy For Facial Scars From Acne Vulgaris

i am suffering from acne vulgairs for a period of two years.a doctor prescribed me saslic facewash,p zyclin nanogel and adalene nanogel.should i stop applying it now?as most of my scars are gone but still some are there.please suggest me a daily cream as my face is oily and most of the creams get washed off when i apply them due to sweating.
