Suggest Remedy For Facial Skin Redness

Hey.I didnt shower for 3 days because when i do, my already red face, gets even more red. And now around my nose, i have hard yellow stuff comming out and its hurting a little. What should i do? And why is my face always so red? I keep using creames and ointment but nothing helpes.Thanks
