Suggest Remedy For Fatigue After Having Steroid Injection

I was diagnosed with M S several years ago. I initnialy was injected with a lot of steroids. I almost completely recovered but have quite sever fatigue problems. I have never been prescribed any other medications. Should I be? I m a 79 year old male 6 ft tall 175 lbs
