Suggest Remedy For Fatigue And Swelling On Leg And Feet

My husband has had an issue with fluid in his lungs. He has had to have fluid drawn out of his lungs 3 times in less than 6 months. He was diagnosed with a pulmonary embolism in approximately May/June of last year with the assumption it was the result of blood clots in his legs due to a motorcycle accident in April of last year that may have caused the clots, however he also has problems with his heart and I can't help but wonder if the two may be related? He has no family history of blood clots and started having problems with heart approximately March 2013 He was given Metropolol He does not appear to be getting better and he has extreme fatigue and swelling in his legs and feet
