Suggest Remedy For Fever And Chillness With Sweating

I have had a fever of 101+ last evening and this evening with chills, (and had horrible sweats last night before 3 am-then a febrile).
There is a lot of illness going around, but i am pretty ok all day, then around 4-6pm, i start aching and my temp goes up
