Suggest Remedy For Fever And Cough In A Child

Dears, My baby is 5 years old, and she has cough and little fever. CVS PHARMACY gave me children s allergy liquid medication , but the direction on the medication said that the baby under 2 years do not use it,, so please me advice me what should I do?
