Suggest Remedy For Fever And Cough With Elevated BP And Pulse

I m taking hydromet & 800mg Ibuprofen since yesterday. . I went to the Er, yesterday BP was 145/90 and my pulse was 120.. earlier yesterday morning my fever was 102.1.. but it went down to 99.5.. now it s back up 101.1.. and I m still coughing uncontrollable. . Wut should I do ?
