Suggest Remedy For Fever And Rashes On Foot And Arms

Hello Dr, My child (1 year 3 months) is having fever 104 from yesterday (21.01.2015) evening 4 pm and i found few 2-3 rashes in palms and in behind foot. i have consulted the DR he gave neomal (anamal) one dose and paracetamol syrup 250mg 3ml- 3 times a day.

Now 22.01.2015 (9.00 am) the child is having temperature of 99 and the rashes are still there. I want to know what kind of fever and please suggest me how i should care my baby to get recover from this fever. please suggest me the diet
