Suggest Remedy For Fever And Severe Headaches

i am about 33 yrs old male from Assam. I suffered from feve & sever head ach 6 month ago. the day by day i got lost strength and last i was not able to stand on my feet myself. Na & K were decreased it was not corrected in 4 days and finally here in Guwahati doctor dianosed as TBM with SIADH and and in MRI report it was found that there are some infracts in my brain cll.and later Na & K was corrected but my right sigt leg and hand become some what weak and lagging behind.accordingly i am taking TB medicine as per dr advice(Probably TB medicine for i yr course). Can there be an improved remedial treatment for my post recovery stage at NIMHANS etc.
