Suggest Remedy For Fever And Vomiting

My 3 year old daughter was vomiting all night Saturday into early Sunday morning. She's had a low-grade fever on and off for the past two days and her lips are dry and a dark red color. She had also been sleeping a lot and has a decreased appetite and thirst (I have been pushing fluids). I'm guessing it's just a virus, but she's acting very inactive and it's making me nervous.
