Suggest Remedy For Fever & Headache

Hello Doctor/s I am having fever since 18th June Midnight. I was having severe headache for 4 days before i caught fever. I have an important interview to face tomorrow. Kindly suggest me what can be the best remedy so that I will be well by tomorrow morning.
