Suggest Remedy For Fever, Vomiting, Cough And Runny Nose In A Toddler

Two and half year old female with following symptoms: temp between 99.8 and 101.9. Vomiting for past two days and nights, some diarrhea first day but not since. No appetite. Coughing and runny nose. Irritable and whiney. Somewhat inconsolable at times. Seems that if she stays quiet and lays still that she is ok. Shortly after eating anything she will throw it back up. Haven t been able to give her any OTC medication. It doesn t stay down. Small sips of water or Gatorade seem to be ok. She asks for milk but that doesn t sit well either. Feel terrible for her!! Someone suggested Strep but her glands aren t swollen and her throat looks normal. Help...What can I do for her??
