Suggest Remedy For Fibrotic Cysts In Breasts

I'm 24 almost 25 I have 2 small children and after I had my son my breasts have hurt really bad to the point they can't be touched especially my right one. I went to the dr a couple of weeks ago and she told me that I had fibrotic cysts she told me to get a trainin bra and to start taking some vitamins. I have done everything that she has told me and they still continue to hurt a little worse now. What do I need to do please help.
