Suggest Remedy For Fissured Corners Of Mouth And Eyes

I just flew from India to the US, so it was a very long flight... and a long transit. I thought I hydrated well however, I seem to have developed a rash (small red blisters) on my chin, cracked corner of the lips and cracked corner of my eyes this evening which is sore.... What is this due to and how can I treat it?
