Suggest Remedy For Flaking Of Skin Between Brows And On Nose Bridge

Hi, I've had a problem between my eyebrows, and around/on my nose. The skin is forming small flakes and looks cracked between my eyebrows. Moisturizer doesn't help. I also have small bumps on the bridge of my nose, that don't disappear. Flakes also form on my nose, and once I exfoliate these parts, it is slightly lessened, but when I wake up the next day, there are new flakes in the same places. Help?
