Suggest Remedy For Flu, Fever, Runny Nose And Vomiting

I have and infant who is c-diff positive for the second time. antibiotics did not help. she now also has symptoms of the flu. fever, runny nose, vomited only once though but now the coughing is really concerning me. this is progressively getting worse over the 5 days. she also seems to be constipated now not going for 4 days at a time and its very hard for her to go. I have voiced concerns with my pediatrician also. are all these symptoms related?
