Suggest Remedy For Flu Like Symptoms Like Headache And Fever

Hi. Over the weekend I've been having symptoms like fever, headaches that gradually worsen then suddenly almost disappears, stiff neck, nausea, periods of feeling extremely hot and cold and general fatigue since the nausea prevents me from eating as much as usual. Is this a flu that will pass in a few days or should I consult my GP?
