Suggest Remedy For Flu With Itchy Rashes

hello doctor i have a flu and used a paracetamol but now i have a lots of itchy rash on my legs is the problem is paracetamol or maybe something more serious (sepsis or purpura) this looks like little dots, please help, yesterday i went to gp but i have found it today
