Suggest Remedy For Foot Osteoarthritis

I went to my doctor complaining of sore feet...she gave me Naproxen Tablets and booked me xray...I have been told I have Osteoarthritis in the feet...are you able to tell me what I can do to prevent it getting worst...I have thought of losing weight but what else can I do
