Suggest Remedy For Fordice Spot Son Upper Lip

I'm 42 years old.I've been facing fordice spots on my both upper as well as lower lips, which does not look good. Also my lips get dry and layer of skin peels out every now and then even when i brush or i eat something. every time i use lipguard with spf=30(lotus brand).
