Suggest Remedy For Foul Body Odor Emitting For The Groin Area

I am a 29 year old female height 5ft 8inches 10 stone. since puberty age 11 I have suffered with terrible bromhidrosis from the underarms upper body and scalp i've never found a cure and learned to live with this but this is much more under crontrol and not as bad as it was (although depends on circumstance) I have now developed a body odour which mainy emmits form my groin area it ranges in smell from musty to fecal, farty smell, rubbish sewer smell to smelling really really sweet the worst is the sulpher (rotten egg smell) that seems to come on quickly then dissapear like a stink bomb. this smell can feel a whole room and regulary fillls my office much to the disgust of others. They assume its problems with the sewers or drains, but its only a matter of time til it is linked to me. I am now even cosidering leaving my job. I am totally miserable and have tried everything to cure this problem. Going to work is a daily torture for me. I have had my apendix out (11 years ago) have been diagnosed with ibs (2 years ago). I have cut eggs, tea coffee out of my diet i have reduced my dairy and sugar intake. I shower daily washing my hair daily I also use body scub daily, sometimes in the evening i bathe in teatree oil. I use powder between my thighs (I do this regulary throughout the day) and deodrant. I take iron tablets, magnesium, vit b, odourless garlic, pro biotic and I also take a colon cleanser. I have tried liquid chlorell too. I drink gallons of water and hot water and lemon but I still smell bad. Im pretty desperate to sort this out. It mainly happens at work only on very few occassions it has happened out side of work.
