Suggest Remedy For Foul Odour And Discharge From Genital Area

My begins smells like fart and has a snot like discharge which is usually clear. I have tried probiotics PhD and eating yogurt. I have changed my eating diet and stopped eating a lot of starches. I also have been seen by my Dr for a physical and pep smar. Nothing was found and everything came back normal. What can I do.I started having these problems after I had my son. He is now 4 going on 5.
