Suggest Remedy For Foul Smell In Bowel Movement

My daughter is 4 months old. We switched her to earths best organic formula, and she just started earts best baby food. (Prunes and sweet potatoes so far). But I have noticed that her diaper smells like breakfast sausage! Usually it s just pee, Am I crazy or is this possible? And if so, why does it smell like that?
