Suggest Remedy For Foul Smelling Body Odor

I have a horrible fecal body odor emitting from my skin and I don't know what else to try. I bathe twice a day sometimes three times and it doesn't help. Every doctor I visit says it's in my head but it's not everywhere I go people notice it. My symptoms are fecal body odor or gas smelling body odor, fecal taste in mouth, bad breath, flatulence(all the time/everyday), smelly ear wax, excessive sweating, hypothyroidism. Please help me what can this be?
