Suggest Remedy For Foul Smelling Loose Stools And Incontinence

I have very smelly bowel movements and gas and very thin stools that are always runny. I had 6 inches of my bowel removed recently and take lomotil due to incontinence. But the smell and runny stool is new. I am going about 6-8 times a day. How do I get rid of the odour and is there another solution for the incontinence as the lomotil is not working.
