Suggest Remedy For Fragile And Dry White Heads On Lips

Hello, I have this sudden explosion of very small white heads under my lips. Its not pusy in nature its more watery, but its very fragile, some break while washing my face and while rubbing off with a towel. Its starting to spread gradually, i have my skin peeling off rapidly in this area and makes my skin very dry ... It might be that I tried one of the garnier creams for 3 days in this spot ... what is this and how do i cure it ?
