Suggest Remedy For Frequent Appearance Of Zits On Penis

Think almost kind of zit thing on my penis shaft. It's been here for a year and it doesn't hurt unless I try really hard to pop it. When I get close, some very thick almost non liquid pus comes out, and this cycle continues. How can I fix it and what is it?
