Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination Urge Along With Blood In Urine

I have suddenly developed frequent need to urinate. Also have the following; 1) blood deteced in urine ( not visable) 2) hip pain on back buttock 3) have had some changes to bowel movements. 4) wave like chills off and on. Usually when tired. Yes, I am female.
