Suggest Remedy For Fungal Skin Infection Around Vagina

hello this is Harshada from navi mumbai i am suffering from some fungal skin infection(ringworm) since last 5 yrs in between mu thigh region..i have applied some anti fungal creams bt they didn't worked well there is severe itching in that area and skin burned because of creams..please suggest me some medicine to treat the disease.
