Suggest Remedy For Giddiness Due To Dry Ears

I am 84 years old and have recently started to get spells of guidiness my doctor has checked my ears and has suggested that I have what he calls"dry ears ".There have been no periods of sickness and our Carbon Monoxide meter has given no warning of danger. I suffer from type2 Dibetis and have a Pacemaker.
