Suggest Remedy For Greasy, Thin Hair With Severe Hairfall

I have problems with my hair. Its gets greasy in one day...and i have really thin hair. And I lose my hair everyday after shower when a brush it, And when my hair grows longer than 18 inches it starts to have split ends. I don't know what kind of shampoo to use... Please help
