Suggest Remedy For Growing Bump

two years ago I had ACL reconstruction done. all has been fine up until now. a bulging and growing bump has started at the end of my scar. the bump has grown over 6 weeks. it was painful at first and now there is no pain. the bump is REALLY getting big, I'm not sure what it is??
