Suggest Remedy For Hairfall

I have recently shifted to bangalore am facing hairfall problem a lot my hair is getting oily soon after a day taking head bath kindly recommed any good remidy for this as well i have lot brown freckles on my face its any night cream for it am plannig to but Fadeout does it really work ?
