Suggest Remedy For Hanging Stitch In Throat Post Tonsillectomy

I am on day six after my tonsilectomy I had to have a second surgery due to bleeding three hours after and they stitched my throat up , I have coughed and one of the stictches in hanging down ny throat making me gag have you got a suggestion as to what I could do
