Suggest Remedy For Hard Ball Like Lump On The Clitoris

I have a hard ball like lump when I lift my clitoris, and it kind of hurts. It doesn t necessarily hurt, but it feels weird. On a scale of one to 10 on pain it feels like a one. It s more aggregated than anything. It s pink and it has white build up around it. My question is: Is this natural, and if not, what might it be? I m 15 years old, I ll be 16 soon. I just started my period a like 4 months ago, so my body is going though changes.
