Suggest Remedy For Hard, Painful Testicles After Being Hit

my testicle has been hitten by a cricket ball it was happen in 2012 and now iam feeling sever pain at my right testicle . right testicle was little mm biger than left ones it was found in scrotum report doctor says nothing to worry but my right tet testicle is hard than the left ones can u say how to reduce that hardness
