Suggest Remedy For Hard Spots On Penis

I squeezed a spot on my penis the other day that looked like a normal spot you would get on your face, i was in the shower i think i got shampoo or something in it, now its raised and the skin is a bit hard underneath the spot and the top has scabbed over, what shall i do?
