Suggest Remedy For Head Ache, Body Ache And Vaginal Itching

Hi sir, actually i have been suffering from some kind of infection from last two months in my vagina as i am sexually active ( some white cheese type thing coming out from my vagina ) and its itching also. From last one week i am suffering from cough, flu ,head ache and body pain and weakness so i had my cbc, typhiod and hiv test in which my index value in 0.06 non reactive all of my cbc report is good and a little bit of typhiod was there so i took anti biotics for one week and now i am having head ache ,body ache and this vaginal infection. Please help me over it what should i do?? Thank you so much
