Suggest Remedy For Head Pain And Ears Feeling Dull

Hi I just googled head pain as I have had pain for over 6 years now and am looking to find out what it is? My symptoms are as follows left ear feels full pain when sleeping on left side pain is worst when I wake in the morning however as soon as I stand up it gets much better even though the full feeling always remains I have tinnitus in this ear I have hypertrophic cardiomyopathy but I dont think it is anyway related to these head symptoms My last head MRI was about 3 years ago and that came back clear I know there is something in behind my ear and think its a slow growing tumour or something I wonder could you hep me with some advice? my email address is YYYY@YYYY I would really appreciate any help Many Thanks!
