Suggest Remedy For Headache And Dizziness

I hit my head earlier today and I have a decent size bump and a really really bad headache and everytime I close my eyes for longer than a blink, everything gets really blurry and I get a little dizzy then i return to normal (except or the headache) I already checked my pupils and they are dilating fine.
