Suggest Remedy For Headache And Nose Block In Pregnant Woman

good morning !!
three weeks back, after having headbath, I Slept in the AC room and from the next day onwards, I have headache everyday but my nose is not flowing at all....... I have only the severe headchae,,,,,,also it is my seventh week of pregnency for the second child. Will you please advise, what could be the reason for this headache and how to clear my nose and get read off my headache.
