Suggest Remedy For Headache And Shallow Breathing When Having Stress And Depression

Hello, I developed anxiety about two months ago. Since then I was a little depressed. Since then I have been on lexapro. However, the last week and a half I have felt horrible. I have developed this headaches and shallow breathing. Also, my eye sight is going and everything is blurry. Especially in my right eye. What do you think this could be?
