Suggest Remedy For Headache & Chills

we are on vacation and my son is experiencing a headache with chills and his legs and feet are mottled, cool to touch, with slight cyanosis noted to toe nail beds. we have a lot of miniature jellyfish with the water about the size of a fingernail. could this be a reaction?
